AeroDrop is an all-in-one dropshipping platform built specifically for Shopify. It helps you find trending products, import them in one click, and manage fulfillment — all without any technical skills. From finding products to fulfilling orders, everything is handled inside one simple dashboard.

Sidebar Navigation
The left sidebar gives you access to all sections: Dashboard, Find Products, Draft Products, My Products, Orders, Pricing Plan, User Guide, Support Ticket, Pricing Rules, and Order Settings.
Browse and search a large catalog of AliExpress products to add to your store.
Search & Filter Options
Select Supplier
Choose your supplier source. Default is AliExpress.
Select Category
Filter products by category to narrow your search.
Search Bar
Search by product title, AliExpress link, or upload an image.
Filter Tabs
Hot Selling, Special Deals, New Products, Trending Product List.
Browsing by Category
Click the Select Category dropdown to browse top-level categories: Food, Apparel & Accessories, Home Appliances, Computer & Office, Home Improvement, and Home & Garden.
Clicking a category expands its sub-categories. For example, Food shows: Canned Food, Grocery, Frozen Products, Food & Fresh, Vegetables and Greens.
Searching by Keyword
Type any keyword into the search bar to find specific products. Results update instantly showing matching items with product cost displayed below each image.
Adding a Product to Draft

Browse or search for a product you want to sell.

Hover over the product card. A green Add to Draft button will appear.

Click Add to Draft. The product is saved to your Draft Products list for review before publishing.
Draft Products is where your saved products wait before being published. It has four tabs: Draft List, In Progress List, Store Listings & Sourcing, and Issues.
Draft List
Shows all products added to draft with their title, thumbnail, and Connection Status. Click Review & Publish to start the publishing process. Click the three-dot menu (...) for additional options like removing the product.
In Progress List
Shows products currently being published to your Shopify store. Each item shows IN_PROGRESS status. Once complete, the product moves to My Products.
Store Listings & Sourcing
Shows all product listings currently live on your Shopify store with their quote and connection status. Use this tab to ensure all live products are properly connected to AeroDrop for automated fulfillment.
Issues
Flags any product listings with connection or sourcing problems. For a flawless fulfillment process, promptly address and resolve any issues shown here.
Important: Unresolved issues can cause orders to fail fulfillment. Check this tab regularly.
Once you have products in your Draft List, follow these steps to publish them to your Shopify store.

Go to Draft Products and click Review & Publish next to the product you want to publish.

On the Review & Publish screen, edit the Product Name if needed. Add Product Tags by clicking Add.

Click the Description tab to review or edit the AliExpress-sourced product description. This step is optional.

Click the Variants tab. Select one or more variants (size, color, etc.). At least one variant must be selected.

Click the Images tab. Select one or more product images. At least one image is required.

Click Publish to My Store to begin the publishing process.

A confirmation dialog shows your store address. Click Publish to confirm and add the product to Shopify.

Successfully published products are automatically counted as Imported Products in your AeroDrop dashboard.
The My Products page (Imported Products) shows all products that have been successfully published to your Shopify store through AeroDrop.
Product
Thumbnail and full product title.
Brand
Supplier source (e.g. AliExpress).
Variants
Number of variants available for the product.
Last Modified Date
When the product was last updated.
Tip: Use the search bar at the top to quickly find any product by name.
Publishing through AeroDrop adds products to your Shopify catalog, but they may not be visible to customers yet. Follow these steps to make them live.

Go to your Shopify admin panel and navigate to Products.

Select the products you want to display on your storefront.

Click the three-dot menu and choose Include in Sales Channels.

Select Online Store from the list, then click Include Products.

Your products are now live and visible to customers on your storefront.
The Orders section shows all orders placed by customers on your Shopify store. Every order is tracked and managed here from receipt to fulfillment.
Name
Order number (e.g. #1010). Click to view full details.
Create Date
Date and time the order was placed.
Customer
Customer name and email address.
Payment Status
Shows "paid" in green when payment is confirmed.
Order Status
Shows fulfillment status (e.g. Unfulfilled).
Third Party Order
Create Order button for new orders; View Order once placed with AliExpress.
Tracking
Click Tracking to view real-time shipping updates.
Actions
Click View Items to see individual products in the order.
What happens when a customer places an order on your Shopify store.

Customer adds items to cart using Add to Cart or clicks Buy It Now to go directly to checkout.

Customer fills in their shipping address and payment information.

After successful payment, the customer receives a confirmation page with order details and an automatic confirmation email with their order number.

The completed order is automatically recorded and displayed in your AeroDrop dashboard.

The order appears in your Orders section for you to review and fulfill.
Once an order appears in your Orders section, follow these steps to fulfill it through AliExpress.

Go to the Orders section and click Create Order next to the order you want to fulfill.

First time only: log in with your AliExpress credentials on the authorization page, or ensure you are already logged in via your browser.

If your AliExpress account is linked with Google, refresh the authorization page. The Access Now button will appear.

Click Access Now to complete the authorization.

Once authorized, return to the AeroDrop Orders section and click Create Order again to proceed.
Note: Authorization is only required once. You will not need to repeat this step for future orders.

Complete all required fields in the Create Order form: shipping address, city, country, postal code, and mobile number.

Select an appropriate supplier from the Supplier dropdown menu next to the product.

Click Place Order to submit the request to AliExpress.

The order will now appear in your AliExpress Orders section on the AliExpress website.

Return to AeroDrop and click the Tracking button in the Orders section to monitor shipment status in real time.
Submit and manage support requests directly from your AeroDrop dashboard.
The ticket list shows each ticket's Customer Name, Ticket ID, Email Address, Mobile Number, and Message Content preview.
How to Submit a New Ticket

Click Support Ticket in the left sidebar.

Click the Add New button in the top-right corner.

Fill in your name, email, mobile number, and describe your issue in the message field.

Submit the ticket. The AeroDrop support team will respond as soon as possible.
Automatically set selling prices based on product cost. Saves you from manually pricing each product.
Basic Pricing Rule
Applies a single formula to all products. Set an operator and a value to calculate your selling price from the product cost. Enable the Compared at Price toggle to show a crossed-out original price on your store.
Example: Product Cost + 5 = Price → every product is priced at its cost plus $5.
Standard Pricing Rule
Set different pricing formulas for different price ranges. Define a Starting Price and Ending Price range, then set the markup formula for that range. This is useful for applying higher markups on cheaper products and lower markups on expensive ones.
Add multiple price range rows as needed. The last row (Rest of the ranges) applies to any price outside your defined ranges.
Remember: Click Save after configuring either rule to apply it to your products.
Enable automated order placement directly to AliExpress when a customer completes a purchase on your store.

When enabled, AeroDrop automatically sends every new customer order to AliExpress for fulfillment the moment payment is confirmed — no manual action needed.

How to Enable

Click Order Settings in the left sidebar.

Find the AliExpress section: Automatically place orders to supplier.

Toggle the switch next to your connected AliExpress account to turn on automated order placement.
Note: Make sure your AliExpress account is authorized first. See Section 9 for authorization steps.
AeroDrop allows you to connect and manage multiple Shopify stores from a single AeroDrop account.

Go to the Shopify admin panel of the additional store you want to connect.

Open the Shopify App Store and search for AeroDrop.

Click on the AeroDrop app in the search results.

Click Install again to confirm.

You will be redirected and the new store will appear in the top-left corner of your AeroDrop dashboard.

Click your store name (top-left) to see all connected stores. Switch between them at any time by clicking their names.
