1. By registering, you automatically agree to the store’s rules.

2. Rules can be changed without notifying users.

3. All balance funds are stored in BTC.

4. Prices displayed in USD are converted at the current BTC exchange rate.

5. If your account is suspected of fraudulent card activity, card prices will be increased for your account.

6. Deposit refunds are not possible.

7. Report any bugs or vulnerabilities via the ticket system.

7.1 Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for profit will result in permanent account ban.

8. After clearing your purchase history, the administration cannot restore purchased cards. Save cards to your devices.

8.1 Always save cards from purchased sections. The administration cannot restore cards lost due to technical failures.

9. The administration reserves the right to block any account without explanation.

10. If you lose access to your account, the administration cannot restore your data or access.

11. We are a platform connecting sellers and buyers. We are not responsible for the accuracy of seller-provided information. Create a ticket for inconsistent info.

11.1 We are not responsible for funds availability on purchased cards.

11.2 For refund-eligible databases, card verification costs $1. Invalid cards will be refunded (verification fee + card cost).

11.3 Refunds are only available for invalid cards, as determined by our checkers.

11.4 You have 12 hours after purchase to verify cards. After this period, refunds are unavailable and cards open automatically.

11.5 You have 5 minutes to check cards after opening. Refund requests after this period will not be accepted.

12. We use third-party checker APIs and don’t accept claims about their operation.

12.1 When the checker identifies a card as invalid, funds are automatically returned to your balance.

12.2 Card verification after opening has limits (see FAQ for details).

12.3 Invalid cards cannot be viewed.

13. Communication with support is only possible through the ticket system.

14. CVR (Card Validity Rate) – the approximate percentage of valid cards in the database, calculated from random card checks.

15. For sellers:

15.1 To become a card supplier, create a ticket and we will contact you.

15.2 When uploading a database, we randomly check cards and display the validity percentage.

15.3 Withdrawals to BTC wallets are available from 0.01 BTC. Submit withdrawal requests via tickets.

15.4 We automatically check your CC databases every 4 days. Significant validity drops will trigger database remoderation.

15.5 All databases are remoderated weekly. If CVR drops >30% or below 40%, databases move to the “Cheap Price” section (90-95% discount).

15.6 Repeated CVR drops will result in all your future databases being placed in the “Cheap Price” section regardless of initial CVR.

15.7 Sellers pay for checks on refund-eligible cards.

15.8 To list cards in auctions, upload them through the provider panel.

15.9 Generating random card data will result in account blocking without payout.

15.10 For auctioned cards, withdrawals are available 12 hours after auction ends.
